1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Medieval Dynasty ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Game.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2.2 Account Limits: Basic users can create 1 leader. Advanced users (paid tier) can create up to 8 leaders. Users can participate in a maximum of 25 active games simultaneously.

2.3 Account Sharing: Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account must be used by a single individual.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, or any automated tools
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Use offensive usernames or leader names
• Exploit bugs or glitches (report them instead)
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the game infrastructure
• Share accounts or trade accounts for real money

4. Game Rules & Fair Play

4.1 Turn Updates: Games update automatically based on their configured turn duration. Missing turns may result in automatic actions or disadvantages.

4.2 Diplomacy: All diplomatic agreements (alliances, truces) are player-managed. Breaking agreements is allowed as a strategic choice but may affect your reputation.

4.3 Retirement: You may retire from a game at any time using the "Retire" button. Your leader will remain in the game but no longer actively participate.

5. Virtual Items & Purchases

5.1 In-Game Currency: Gold and Mana are virtual currencies with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for real money.

5.2 Premium Features: Advanced game features require a one-time payment. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.

5.3 No Real Money Trading: Selling or trading game items, accounts, or currency for real money is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

Medieval Dynasty, including all graphics, code, game mechanics, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Termination

7.1 By You: You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

7.2 By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice or refund. Reasons include but are not limited to: cheating, harassment, abuse of bugs, or any behavior that disrupts fair play.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 "As Is" Service: The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8.2 Game Balance: We may modify game mechanics, stats, and features at any time to improve balance and gameplay.

8.3 Data Loss: While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee against data loss. We recommend not relying on the Game for important data storage.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features in the last 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The Hague.
